Associate Director of the Brower Student Center
The Associate Director is responsible for professional staff supervision and development, financial management, and the daily operation of the Brower Student Center. Some major areas of oversight include facility renovation, reservations, service areas, building management staff, and student operations personnel.
Assistant Director of the Brower Student Center
The Assistant Director assists in the overall management of the Brower Student Center with specific oversight of the student employment program, student event planning, organization offices, web and social media presence, and Brower Student Center sponsored programs. The Assistant Director serves as the primary space administrator approving meeting and event requests for the Brower Student center.
Manager, Event Operations & Guest Relations
The Manager supervises the student operation staff and event production services for Brower Student Center managed facilities. The Manager oversees the information desk, game room, storage lockers, and equipment inventory while supporting student staff scheduling and Brower Student Center sponsored programs.
Student Events Coordinator
The Student Events Coordinator is the primary point of contact for student organizations to schedule spaces and services for events on campus. This position advises student organizations on the event planning process while inputting information in Event Management Software (EMS). The Student Events Coordinator supervises the Student Schedulers who assist in the coordination of student event requests.
The Graduate Assistant works part-time while enrolled in a graduate program at The College of New Jersey. The Graduate Assistant reports to the Assistant Director and supports student staff scheduling, student staff development, programming, social media presence, and special projects.
